1/350 IJN Heavy Cruiser TAKAO 1944 重巡高雄
"Aoshima+Flyhawk" Building Guide 製作日誌 Part-1

鷹翔的改套已經到齊,上一個製作計畫也已經完成,接著就是這一艘1/350日本海軍重巡洋艦高雄的復工作業了!!

但是很可惜,目前尚未購得1944年型的高雄套件,只得以先前上市的1942年型的套件來開工製作.

1/350 IJN Heavy Cruiser TAKAO is my next plan.I will build this ship-model from kits by Aoshima and Flyhawk.
Unfortunately,I only have a TAKAO kit in 1942 type ,so I decided that the process will be from 1942 TAKAO kit change to 1944 type.

本次作例搭配了鷹翔甫上市,針對高雄1944年型的改套.由於此改套內容數量太多,也太過於精密複雜,說明書大概無法一一詳載每個零件詳細的裝載位置,所以如果您有興趣的話,或許可以隨著小弟的作例一步一步將每個零件組裝到位.我將盡可能以step by step的方式讓大家對製作步驟一目了然,幫助您順利將您的愛艦順利完成.

This time I choose the hot-adapted-kit set by Flyhawk to detail up my work. (In fact,this product is a excellent collaboration by Veteran Models and Flyhawk .)
For the reason of abundant parts,Perhapes you cann't assemble each part to right position as possible as the specification.So maybe my building process can help you complete your TAKAO well by the way of step by step.

那麼,就從製作艦船模型的第一步,"整理艦體"開始:
Now,let's into the step 1:

1.依照Aoshima的組裝說明書第4個步驟先將船體組立起來.
According to step 4 on Aoshima's specification to assemble the hull.

2.(請注意,這是屬於高級改造法,沒有把握的話請忽略這一段!!)
(This step is most diffcult in recreation,please keep them if you have never experiences!!)

甲板上的各式通風管與絡車全數切除.(零件 C-1與C-2)
Cut off all air pipes and windlasses from deck(part C-1 and C-2).

切除時請小心別傷到通風管的上半截.
Please cut those air pipes carefully and keep the top boss safely.

切除後並小心保留起來,以後會用的著.
Collect those "heads" of air pipes in the box after you cut them off.

修整乾淨.

3.組裝主舵 To assemble the rudder.

4.切除兩舷艦尾錨與旁邊的小爬梯. Cut off the tail anchors and ladders that at both of 2 side .

5.按照aoshima的說明書將第三步驟的軸套黏合在甲板下之後,就可以將C1與C2這2個甲板零件緊密地黏合於船體了~
After assembled the step 3 (polycap) under the deck what as on Aoshima's specification. We can stick part C1 and C2 to hull body closely.

6.黏合零件I-7與I-8到左右兩舷的指定位置,然後小心填補與打磨接縫.
Stick part I-7 and I-8 to right positions on starboard side and port side,then fill and grind the suture carefully.
